Reading gets new Centre for Doctoral Training to fund state-of-the-art research in ecology and evolution!

The new NERC-funded CDT in modelling and quantitative methods in ecology and evolution will take its first intake of 12 students in October 2017 – 43 projects are being advertised here right now.

Deadline for student applications is 19th January 2017.

The new QMEE consortium, consisting of Imperial College London, the University of Reading, the Centre for Ecology and Hydrology, Cefas and the Zoological Institute of London, offers state-of-the-art skills training in modelling and quantitative methods and opportunities to work with partners in industry, the government sector and charities on real-world problems.
